1. Booking conditions

Your credit card is used to guarantee the reservation. It will not be charged at the time of booking, except in the following case: if the reservation is an immediate prepayment offer and/or room, non-modifiable and/or non-cancellable and non-refundable. In this case, the amount charged as a guarantee is equal to the total amount of the stay. In all other cases, you will pay for your stay directly at the hotel on site.

2. Cancellation conditions

Cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours before the arrival date. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the amount equivalent to the first night will be charged on the credit card provided as a guarantee. Unless the reservation is a non-cancellable and non-refundable offer and/or room, in which case, no cancellation or modification will be eligible for a refund.
